I'm not completely sure how things are set up in the build that's going up today, but our intent is actually that you'll be able to acquire multiple Legendary cloaks, if you like. So, if you wanted, you could actually get one for both your Protection and Retribution spec :)

5.4 PTR: Siege of Orgrimmar Mount Rewards and Zone Preview

Mount Rewards

The Reins of the Kor'kron War Wolf are rewarded if you've completed Aventajado: Garrosh Grito Infernal (10 j.) or Aventajado: Garrosh Grito Infernal (25 j.). This is the first Ahead of the Curve achievement to award a mount, and also the first to be split into 10 and 25 player versions since the lockouts became shared in Cataclysm.

Killing Mítica: Garrosh Grito Infernal will have a 100% droprate on a truly epic mount, that will be nerfed to 2% when the next tier comes out.

La gloria del asaltante de Orgrimmar rewards the Reins of Galakras mount. Blizzard has confirmed that the achievements required for the La gloria del asaltante de Orgrimmar will not include heroic ones, and that the needed achievements can be completed in Flex mode.
