While we retire our artifacts in Battle for Azeroth, Reddit user Sergrand discovered on the beta that you can continue to hear these whispers if you transmog to the weapon appearance.

Boralus City Updates in Build 26530 - Col. Tenders, Docks, Tradewind Markets
Boralus, the capital of Kul Tiras, continues to receive visual updates on the Battle for Azeroth beta. In build 26530, many NPCs and objects were added to the docks and Tradewind Markets, like Col. Tenders the Chicken Vendor. Gardeners and off-duty cadets were also added to Unity Square.

As Battle for Azeroth Beta testing progresses, more questions get answered by the day. Blizzard clarified one of the most frequent questions about the
new PvP System changes
, in regards to what would happen with Legion Prestige Levels coming Battle for Azeroth, and provided replies to Mistweaver Monk and Protection Warrior feedback threads on the official forums.

Druid Travel Forms Separate Buttons on BFA Beta - Glyph Multiple Travel Forms
Aquatic and Flight Form on the Battle for Azeroth beta now have separate entries in the spellbook. While the general shapeshifting button remains, that automatically transitions between forms based on swimming, flying, and running, the separate entries will allow players to apply multiple cosmetic glyphs modifying travel forms at once.
