Patch 8.3 Hotfixes for August 21st - Socketed Gems in PvP Fix
Blizzard has posted hotfixes for August 21st, which includes a fix for socketed gems reducing players' effectiveness in PvP combat.
This is likely in response to the recent

Prideful Seasonal Affix: How It Works - Single Target Reaping with a Damage Buff on Completion
Season 1 of Shadowlands should have the Prideful Seasonal Affix for all keystones above Level 10 and we're going over how the Prideful affix works on the Shadowlands Beta. Currently, it's very similar to a single target Reaping affix, but when the mob is defeated, you get a damage, mana regen and movement speed buff for a full minute, making it a fantastic risk/reward affix that's a ton of fun!

This includes many Legendary Power recipes off the final three bosses, Sludgefist, Stone Legion Generals and Sire Denathrius, so if you want these recipes in Shadowlands, you'll need to kill these bosses at least once!

Shadowlands Legendary Power Recipes - Known Drop Locations + Community Search
Legendary Recipes, called Memories of the Runecarver, will need to be collected in order to craft your Legendary and they have started to drop on the Shadowlands Beta. There are 200 Memories of the Runecarver being added, split among all the classes, and the community has been hard at work looking for the sources of these Legendary recipes! This post contains everything that is known about the Memory of the Runecarver drops so far.

Shadowlands Beta Build 35522 Mythic+ Recap - New Affixes Datamined, Night Fae Shadowmeld Removed
Last week's Shadowlands Beta build included some Mythic+ changes -- 3 new affixes were datamined and the Night Fae Soulbind Trait that worked like Shadowmeld was removed. In addition, at least one covenant bonus has now been found in each of the Shadowlands dungeons!

Great Vault Weekly Chest - Raid Objectives Awards Raid Loot in Shadowlands
In this Shadowlands Beta build, players are finally able to open their weekly Great Vault and see their weekly rewards (or disappointments). Despite BFA not having a Weekly Raid chest, we've found out that the Raid objectives will reward you with Raid loot options in Shadowlands, giving you extra shots at that elusive trinket or weapon from the raid!

ability on the corpses of slimes, granting powerful buffs for the party! Different slimes grant different buffs including a 25% Haste, a 25% Damage Reduction aura and a AoE damage proc. This may be the most powerful Covenant bonus in a dungeon so far!

The Council of Blood - Castle Nathria: Shadowlands Raid Boss Preview with FatbossTV
Castle Nathria will be the first raid in Shadowlands and FatbossTV has started releasing their raid boss previews of the dungeons after testing! The Council of Blood is a council style encounter where the bosses will heal and gain a new ability after one boss dies. However, every time a boss reaches 50% health, a dance intermission will take forcing the raid to dance... or die!

Venthyr Covenant Bonus in Halls of Atonement Dungeon - Control Trash to Fight Alongside Party
A Covenant Bonus has been found in Halls of Atonement dungeon, allowing Venthyr players to control Loyal Stoneborn creatures! Loyal Stoneborn Trash can be found throughout Halls of Atonement and a Venthyr player can turn these trash mobs friendly, and causing them to fight alongside the party!

Legendaries Can Be Crafted at Multiple Item Levels in Shadowlands
On the Shadowlands Beta, you can now craft Legendaries at multiple item levels. Base item from crafters have 4 Ranks that will determine the item level of the Legendary you craft and you'll need more Legendary Currency, Soul Ash, to craft higher level versions. This means that you can decide if you want a lower item level Legendary earlier, or wait a longer time to get a max item level Legendary!
