Netherlight Crucible Tier 2 Trait Tuning on PTR
On the PTR, it appears that the Tier 2 Netherlight Crucible traits have undergone some last minute hotfixes to adjust the power of the traits. Blizzard has confirmed these changes in a blue post

is not present in the game, preventing players from completing the achievement.

has been hotfixed out of the achievement bringing the total number of rares required to 60, down from 61 and allowing the achievement to be completed!

Upcoming Class Tuning on September 12th, Patch 7.3 Hotfixes for September 8 - Broken Shore Building Rates Increased
Today's hotfixes include a buff to the Broken Shore building rates, so that players who still want Broken Shore achievements or activities will be able to complete them at a rate similar to Patch 7.2.
Blizzard has also posted the upcoming spec tuning for September 12th to account for the +15 weapon item from the Netherlight Crucible.
